Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at info@jerkyworldinc.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price.
Opened products
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
